HyperLynx
Image-enable any web page with no programming or scripting

HyperLynx allows users to launch dynamic searches within the Laserfiche Repository from an external Web Application.  All communication is handled by the HyperLynx application; no programming, modifications or scripting is required.  The initial configuration provides for fields to be selected and identified as a ‘hyper link’.  Once this is done, HyperLynx will monitor all user activity within this field.  When the user moves the mouse across this field, they will automatically be given the opportunity to launch a search.  With a single click, HyperLynx will read the contents of the field and pass this to the Laserfiche Search Engine.  All documents which match this criteria will be displayed on a hit list for display.

This application is integrated with Laserfiche WebLink, WebAccess and the Client Server Edition.

 

RouteLynx
Add document routing capabilities to Laserfiche without needing to implement a complex workflow solution

RouteLynx is an excellent solution for customers who need to route documents throughout their organization, but aren’t yet ready to implement a complex, rules-based workflow solution.  Similar to the native Laserfiche ability to route documents ad-hoc via email, RouteLynx allows users to select a recipient, add comments, and route a document.  What differentiates RouteLynx from email, is that the document never leaves the security of the Laserfiche environment.  So audit trails, access control and security are maintained as documents are routed from one individual to another.

 

FormLynx
Leverage Adobe Reader and eForm technology for a complete paperless solution

FormLynx provides a web-based portal for users to store and manage electronic forms.  Administrators can upload forms to the site and manage the access control for the forms.  Once the forms are filled-in, approved, and signed, the forms portal will allow the content to be submitted to Laserfiche for archival.

Import data and images from a number of industry standard formats directly into your Laserfiche Repository

Automatically import documents from various formats and applications into Laserfiche and have the documents automatically indexed and categorized.  DocumentLynx is an excellent tool for integrating front-end applications with the Laserfiche Repository.  Supported formats include CSV, TAB Delimited, and XML
