OAK HILLS PROJECT

Oak Hills Montgomery is a large-scale residential development currently under construction in Montgomery County, Texas. Located along Keenan Cut Off Road, the development consists of two communities, Oak Hills Montgomery NORTH and SOUTH, comprising approximately 500 thoughtfully planned residential lots.

TCI has been awarded the construction of all subdivision monument structures serving the development. The scope includes the design, complete construction and installation of the monuments in accordance with the approved project plans, architectural requirements, and developer specifications. 

Through this project, TCI is contributing to the development of a growing residential community while expanding its portfolio of land development, subdivision infrastructure, and specialty construction projects throughout the Greater Houston area.
